M&TS Journal
The M&TS
Journal is a publication of the International Machinery &
Technical Specialties Committee of the American Society of
Appraisers, the only multi-discipline testing/certifying appraisal
society in America. The M&TS Journal is written both for
the appraiser who values equipment on a regular basis, and
for those others who may have a professional interest in the
subject. These include attorneys, bankers, business brokers,
estate planners, used equipment dealers, real property and
business valuation appraisers. The M&TS Committee is a
nonprofit organization with a goal to standardize and educate
all in our profession. Letters from readers are encouraged.
Letters will be printed without editing, in the sequence received,
subject only to space limitations.

CLASSIFIED
ADS - Accepted for publication in one issue only and should
reach the Treasurer not later than the 15th of the month prior
to publication. Rates: Full page - $200. One half page - $125.
One quarter page - $75. Advertising must be sent camera ready
and sized in the proper proportion based upon an 8 1/2"
x I I" format. Advertising will be accepted or rejected
based upon editorial approval. Advertising should be submitted
at least one month prior to publication to Robert W. Clark, ASA at
the address above.
PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES ADVERTISING - To raise additional funds for the M&TS
Committee's educational efforts, we offer both fee appraisers
and companies an opportunity to advertise their services in
this journal. For the reasonable sum of $50.00 we will run
your business card for one year. Please send your check, in
the amount of $50.00 (US Funds), and either 2 clean business
cards or camera-ready copy to: Robert W. Clark, ASA at the address
above. If your card is colored, make certain that all colors
will photocopy in black & white and that your card is
2" x 3 1/2" or smaller.
